Diver off Ko Tao, Thailand Ko Tao is without doubt one of Thailand’s best places to dive. From the tranquil splendour of shallow-water coral gardens to a close encounter with a Whale Shark, Ko Tao offers a diving adventure for divers of all experience-levels. The island has more than 20 dive sites, the majority of them close-by (less than 20 minutes). Divers can enjoy crystal clear water almost all-year-round, with visibility often exceeding 30 meters. Our 10-dive package, including 8 day dives and 2 night dives, is designed to give you a good taste of the varied diving on offer.
We begin this tour in Bangkok where we take you on a tour to the splendid Grand Palace, with its golden towers and famous Emerald Buddha. Further excursions are available to explore Bangkok's canals by long-tail boat or extend your time in the city tour see more sights). We then transfer you by overnight sleeper train and ferry to the island of Ko Tao. Once in Ko Tao, we’ll introduce you to the staff at the Dive Centre before you start your diving package.
Lionfish around Ko Tao, Thailand Our all-inclusive dive package covers all your diving (including equipment) and transfers to the diving sites. The diving in Ko Tao is relaxed and you will have a guide to take you to some of the most exciting dive sites that Ko Tao and it’s surroundings has to offer. Dive sites visited may include the Chumphon Pinnacle, the Southwest Pinnacle, Shark Island and Green Rock, along with many other of Ko Tao’s fantastic dive sites. The tour is based on 8 day dives and 2 night dives and extra dives can be paid for locally at the dive centre.
At the end of your time in Ko Tao, we transfer you back by ferry and overnight sleeper train to Bangkok to finish the tour. Optional airport arrival and departure transfers are available on request.
