TOURS IN NEPAL
Nestled amongst soaring, snow-capped mountains, the beautiful Himalayan kingdom
of Nepal has long been a magnet to travellers from around the world. The attraction
of trekking among the Himalayan Mountains - sheltering peaks such as Everest, Annapurna and Lhotse,
and rafting down exciting rapid-filled rivers - has made Nepal a Mecca for those looking to enjoy adventurous activities in spectacular surroundings. Add to this friendly people and a rich cultural heritage,
which can be still be seen today in the shape of magnificent royal palaces, colourful
Hindu temples, and ancient Buddhist monasteries, and some of Asia's best National Parks with the chance to see rare one-horned rhinos, Bengal tigers and other wildlife, and you have an exciting and rewarding holiday destination.
We have been running tours and expeditions in Nepal for over 10 years, and have a love and passion for the country and its people which, together with our local team of guides and staff, we hope we can share with you through this website, and through our tours and holidays.
**Special Feature - nearly all our tours use the Shanker Hotel in Kathmandu, formally a Royal Palace.

Multi Activity Tours | |

With so much to offer, many people want to combine a few different activities into one visit to Nepal. We have therefore put together several itineraries to allow you to experience as much as possible of the country, its scenery, culture and wildlife, within a relatively short period of time.
|
|
Cultural Tours | |

These tours concentrate more on Nepal's rich cultural heritage, without so much strenous activity. We visit ancient cities and trading towns, tour temples and stupas, and learn about the different religions, cultures and ways of life in this fascinating country.
|
|
Tibet & Bhutan Tours | |
|
We arrange both tailor-made and private tours to see the beautiful mountain scenery and towns of the tiny Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, and to visit the high plateaus, cities and monasteries of Tibet. These tours would normally start and finish in Nepal.
|
We use Nepalese guides and porters, and support locally owned accommodation and suppliers wherever possible.
A country guide to Nepal is available here - includes history, health, climate, visa information etc.
