Nepal's mountainous landscape, and the huge amounts of snow deposited high up in the Himalayas every year, mean that the country has some of the best white-water rafting rivers in the world. We have selected several of these rivers to give you a taste of the excitement this rafting can offer, as you travel downstream through forest, jungle and remote terraced farmland, negotiating exhilarating rapids and calm peaceful water on the way, and camping overnight on white sandy beaches by the river.

The following tours have been designed to offer a range of rafting options, from a short and easy trip on the Seti river, to long expedition style trips on the Sun Kosi and Karnali rivers.
